‘This photo likely depicts one of the floats that was entered in the Geraldton Gay Ninety Jamboree parade. The celebration took
place the Civic Holiday weekend – August, 1950. Most of the floats in the parade included men and women dressed up in old-time
costumes. Many of the ladies carried parasols!!

                       General Store. We got an Ontario Youth Grant and the 4 of us put it all
                       together.
                       I believe it was the summer after Grade 11. The shop class at the high
                       school made the bulding and somehow got it out to the highway.

Found The Hockey pic with Mas Fukushima and several other future NHLers.LOL
I believe this was in 1967.We didn`t win the Stanley cup that year.Guess who won in 1967.
We lost to Toronto!LOL The last year of the Original six teams.
No one remembers the losing team Geraldton OPP.

Bill Magee...Mas is easily recognized.Ron and Rick Pulak are also in the pic.Tim Crago is the goalie.

Theresa (Abraham) Strangway...Massy was amazing to watch he was sooo fast, Jack and Bob Byerley,
                                                    Chuckie Kelner in the old Arena.

Roger Beaudoin...Loved to go see the Goldminers play as a kid, was so much fun in that old rink..........
